Here are all of the documents, you’ll need Tournament Day!
Here’s a copy of the lastest email message sent out to all Team Captains:
REMINDER: Your team registration must be paid by Monday, October 20th in order to play. If you need to make alternate payment arrangements, please contact Karen Drinkwater @ (804) 965-1705.
Team refund deadline is Monday, October 20, 2008.

Parking: The Greater Richmond Convention Center parking facility is located at the corner of 3rd Street and Marshall Street, and is conveniently connected to the Convention Center via an enclosed skywalk for your comfort. Visit www.richmondcenter.com for directions to the facility. Parking is $6.00/vehicle.
Chick-fil-A Food Sales: Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches will be available for purchase for $3 inside Tournament Hall and will only be sold at the Chick-fil-A Food Court. The Cyber Café in the Tournament Lobby area will also be open from 7:30 a.m. until approx. 1 p.m. and there will be 2 concession stands open in Tournament Hall.
ATM: The ATM is located at the main Tournament Entrance near the Wachovia Business Center.
Team Check-In: ONLY Team Captains must check-in.
Youth Tournament Check-In: 7:30 AM-8:30 AM
Adult Tournament Check-In: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Upon Team Check-In Team Captains must be ready to:
1) Submit a completed Team Roster Sheet
2) Turn in All Player Waiver Forms (If they have not been submitted prior to Tournament Day)
3) Player wristbands will be given for all players. Please note: Players must have their wristband on to be permitted to play.
Team Captains will receive the team’s Court Assignment at Team Check-In. Your team’s schedule will be posted on your court.
You will receive your Tournament Rulebook and Team Gift at Team Check-In. Your Tournament Rulebook will include the tournament schedule and map. Don’t forget to look inside your team gift bag! You’ll find your official Ride Finders Sweatband for each member of your team, Chick-fil-A coupons and more!
ALL Team Captains are required to attend the Court Quadrant Rules Review. Team captains are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and communicating the rules to their team.
NTELOS Wireless Youth Tournament Rules Review @ 8:30 a.m.
Adult Tournament Rules Review @ 12:30 p.m.
The Court Quadrant Captain will conduct the rules training from your court.
Pledge Drop Off: All pledges can be dropped off at the Team Check-In Area.
Other Notables:
Team Uniform: Have fun! Be Creative (but tasteful) or show up in athletic attire!
Prizes will be awarded for most Creative Uniform in all divisions.
Fantastic Sams Player Salon: Just in case a purple Mohawk is just the thing you’re looking for to complete your Team uniform, Fantastic Sams will be offering:
Haircuts: $5.00 donation Hair Painting: $3.00 donation
